About Me

Carrie wrote her first book at age 6 and still has a copy of the stapled-together pages. She spent more time in her room reading books than practicing piano like she was supposed to. Now she writes stories for you to read in the dark.

After several years of living in NYC and working in book publishing, she realized that she would rather be in the woods. She lives in Arkansas with two rosella parrots, a cockatiel, a Bourke’s parakeet, and a Mike.
